Below is a link to my M4L editor for Chase Bliss pedals. It started as a MIDI CC control device built by Robert Henke, to which I added more controls. Under each rotary dial is a drop-down menu containing all the MIDI CC numbers. Simply set the CC to the desired number, and use the rotary dial to set the value. The name of each parameter can be changed, though this is not reflected in the automation list.

To the right of the Parameter controls are a series of 16 check boxes. These represent the dip switch positions. Since the dip switch functions are not MIDI programmable, checking a box just serves as a visual reminder for what switch was engaged while creating a preset.

As far as presets are concerned, be aware that Chase Bliss pedals do not transmit MIDI. This means that changes made on the pedal itself will not be mirrored in the editor. Therefore, I suggest creating presets in the editor itself. The advantage to this is that you can easily create backups of your presets by using the "Save Preset" button found on the upper right hand corner of the device window.
